Conversation beyond the included minutes is ¥5 per minute (tax incl.), and overage charges are capped at the amount of your monthly fee. Once the cap is reached, devices keep greeting people via the presence sensor but pause AI conversation until next month.
Web chat and signage without the device also count as one license per location.
All prices include tax. We will notify early registrants when sales open.

Where can I purchase a device?
Once sales open, you can buy it on this site. Until then, register early and we will notify you when sales start.
What is the monthly fee charged for?
The monthly fee is charged per license. Each device registered in the console, and each web chat or signage, is one license. It is separate from the device price; using only web chat is charged per license too. Your organization chooses one plan and shares the included minutes. Per license: Free ¥0 (60 min/month), Light ¥1,100 (300 min/month), Store ¥5,500 (2,000 min/month). Beyond that it is ¥5 per minute, with overage charges capped at the amount of your monthly fee. Paid plans are billed for at least one license (all prices tax incl.).
