- Returns and defective items
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective items or errors on our side.
For damage in transit, we cover shipping and fees and send a replacement.
Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Requests after that period cannot be accepted.
For refunds, contact us by email or phone. We will transfer the refund within 5 days.
